Welcoming studio with a relaxed vibe. Great variety of classes on offer, so there's something for everyone from first timers to those with experience. The “yoga is for everybody” philosophy at The Happy Mat makes for an inclusive experience for all :)

Deb has created a serene and safe place to practice. I feel myself relax as soon as I enter the studio. I am grateful to have the pleasure to teach yoga classes from the The Happy Mat, it is my happy place.

The Happy Mat is a beautiful space to practise yoga. Deb is a wonderful teacher who has created a warm friendly space to explore and expand your yoga practice. The price for classes is also very affordable. I highly recommend the Happy Mat.

The happy mats main teacher Deb is excellent. So knowledgeable, but not so serious she can't crack a joke! Very accessible and welcoming to all levels. Feel very comfortable in her classes
