Like many others, I find the behavior of the staff at this establishment to be rude and indicative of poor customer service. However, I can't help but wonder if the root cause of their behavior is related to overwork and exhaustion. It seems to me that these employees are having a miserable time, and it's evident in their negative energy. I sincerely hope that things get better for them, and that the management takes steps to improve the work environment for their staff. Perhaps Spotlight could do more to support their employees and promote a more positive atmosphere for everyone involved.

Efficient click & collect process and customer service. I ordered a set of cookware in late Sunday evening. The website indicates that it takes 4 business hours to prepare the order. I received the collection notice two hours after the business opening hour on Monday morning. When we went to the service desk to pick up the item, it took less than 2 minutes to complete the transaction. I was impressed.

The cut blocked out curtains were not straight. One of which is too close to the ring up the top, making them very difficult for stitching. I spent over $220 for 3 pairs of curtains, and spent $300 more on a seamstress to help me with the edges. I rang them up to see if I could have them cut again with straighter edges, and told of one curtain having been cut too close to the ring and was told to just cut off the fabric and discard one ring.It’s not worth your time and money with these curtains when eBay have curtains makers offering better deals.

They re-price things on a daily basis. The wool is very pricey. So is their homewares... Unfortunately it is not so rewarding going into the store as in the past. Also they should have a separate counter dedicated to party balloons only. I wanted for at least 10 minutes to be served because the customer had to get her money's worth.
