Izzy’s bodywork is honestly of a next level! His knowledge is very extensive in terms of how to fix your posture, get rid of your pain longterm and understand your body instead of just treating symptoms like most massage or any other form of allopathic therapy is. I have greatly benefited from his teachings & treatments & highly recommend!

Great experience with Izzy as a personal trainer. He's highly knowledgeable in natural movement of the body and has a range of great exercises to assist with posture, strength and overall conditioning. Highly recommended as an alternate approach to conventional PT.

After just 5 visits with Izzy, my posture has greatly improved. He is an excellent instructor with astounding knowledge of human anatomy. Anyone look to improve or correct there posture needs to see him. Highly recommend.

After a few days of struggling with a headache, I decided to have a massage. after an hour long treatment my headache was completely gone. Magic hands! Highly recommend! I’ll book again !

In a few sessions with Izzy, I am moving better than ever. His approach is very methodical and his delivery is superb. He uses massage to unlock stuck" areas of the body and then re tensions it into a more functional movement pattern. I am very happy with the quality of massage and training. Highly recommend."

Izzy has a broad range of knowledge how the human body works. Having multiple skills makes him super professional.Like many others I'm also struggling with positure problem that causes pain in several parts of my body. After couple of sessions I have more understanding about anatomy which is the key.The treatments and advices helped me to improve a lot.Highly recommend!
