Not a happy prattie , after waiting 30mins for order to be Remade due to making chicken curry instead of scallops.i order a choc thick shake which price was displayed as large $5.90 but charged $6.17due to surcharge which I do not believe is mentioned because I used my card .On my way home I took a big sip of my said thick shake to nearly choke on a MilkshakeMy suggestion to staff in listen to the order instead of trying to take to many orders at once .I counted seven order go after me and they all left before me .

Bought two large Praties tonight for dinner as quality was always great from this store. Tonight we had a mass of sauce and no body of potato or meat content as advertised. The store also looks very tired and half the lighting, menu and cleanliness was apparent. So disappointed as previous experiences were so good. Won't return.

So went to Praties in kings-medows, who are usually awesomeWhat a shock I got it was terrible, had my favourite curry chicken and half supreme. Curry colour was there no taste, no chicken just sauce, and the supreme had very large dry ham it was terrible, I've never had one so yuk, potato was hard, I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs, I had to wait more then 15 minutes for something that was just terrible, not worth the wait or the money, please go back to the way you guys used to make it.

Ordered my food from them then waited for over an hour only to be told that what I had ordered was no longer available.l Would of thought that they would have been able to work it out early that they would not have enough food to make my order wasted over an hour of my time.I will not be going back in a hurry to get food of them

Not happy! New management, meal was terrible. Purchased a Roma for my son and I, neither of us ate more than 1/4. Potato wasn't mashed up at all, the meat sauce had too much onion and pasta in it, and it tasted awful, and there was next to no cheese on it. I won't be returning.
