If I could post this with 0 stars I would! We were sent to him under Sharp's guidance to look at our Microwave in July 2015. He was meant to send a report to Sharp once he had done the report from that day to this March 2016 NOTHING BUT A WHOLE LOT OF EXCUSES. I even attended the shop he sat there with his feet up on desk talking to a friend He would have to find the report and that he was too busy at that time to give it to me!!!! I ended up getting consumer affairs involved (it was now the principal only not the money) they had the same problem with him. Sharp have since contacted us with a return. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS MANDURAH APPLIANCE PARTS CENTRE!"

My wife booked a service. Service booked 9am this morning. Serviceman failed to turn up. My wife called to advise that he had not visited. The staff member suggested that she must of missed the door. My wife advised that she had been waiting for a knock at the door all morning. Five phone calls later, and many hours having passed to be told that she'd have to wait until Monday because the serviceman has work to do in the workshop". Poor!"

Died from the smell of smoke in office first off!! Then told me he'd call me by end of the day for part.....a week later he calls. Had organised in part in Perth. Frustrating trying to support local business when this happens and heavy smokers environment....

Correct belt supplied for my dryer, within 48hrs, at price as promised.

Worst experience ever. Dont want to give them any stars but i had to to be able to post this. Would never, ever use them again. Rude intimidating and don't guarantee their work. Was quoted $185 to fix my dishwasher, when they returned it many weeks later it wasn't fixed. They took it away again and gave me another bill for $185 on its return. It was only returned after MANY phone calls.

Horrific !! The most Arrogant, abusive and disrespectful business I have ever dealt with in my life.Quoted $99 to come and inspect our faulty oven and said they would also repair it at no further cost if it didn't need parts. Finally came and after 2 minutes he said that would be $99 but no explanation as to what was wrong or what needed to be done until the $99 was paid. A callout fee is to diagnose a problem, not a front to demand money. I had someone else come and fixed the problem on spot.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I cant believe with their attitude, this business is still trading

Simon helped me get the right parts to fix my dishwasher, even tried to locate a cheaper alternative. They got the original part cheaper than I could of the Internet. Would defiantly go back. Thanks again Ian

Dean was at house - 20 K distant- next day. Fixed the problem, which was my doing. Excellent service by nice fellow. I can see Simon being misread but they both get high praise from me. The fallout fee is comparable.Frank B - March 2017
