I love how fresh everything is, i love the custard tarts, and the custard slices, heck all the sweet stuff is fantastic. There pies are fantastic too. I make it my mission to go to every bakery i find to test out there pies and something from there sweet stuff. And bellmere bakery is one of the best i have ever found. There moc cream jam long johns taste exactly like what i had in the 90's and it is fantastic. This bakery obviously knows there stuff when it comes too the proper flavor an item must have.

A small shopfront sandwiched between the bottle-o and the butchers. A serious faced woman, rubbing her hands work antibacterial and telling the gentleman who just paid in all silver coins that they'll be ....going in the bucket with disinfectant".I know what I want - the Australian bakery staple who's subtle variation from store to store are the difference between craft and art. A sausage roll.This sausage roll appeared to be made on site- a crispy and crumbly log with a bit of heft and nice and hot. $4.20. A reasonable price

I don't usually post reviews but I have no choice but to let others know how bad our pre ordered birthday cake tasted. The so called chocolate cake was soo dry and tasted nothing like chocolate more like plain bread, even a four year old who by the way loves cake wanted nothing to do with the cake after 2 bites. Worst $31 ever spent :(

My sons like the pies and sausage rolls here. I’ve haven’t tried the food because I’m a glutard.These are the best pies around, no compromises. The baker freshly makes the pastry (with butter) and meat fillings from scratch each morning. The lamb pie is great, you won’t be disappointed.

Have been buying from here for years, they are truly the epitome of a great small bakery. Their white bread is like no other, their smokey dogs are delicious, and their custard tarts put others to shame! I haven't found anywhere that can make a custard tart like the Bellmere Bakery.

Amazingly good bread and the best creamy chicken pies in Aus with real chicken breast, Yum, all the pies are good. Must have a vanilla slice too. Great bakery all round. I drive past 3 other bakeries to go there.
