WOULD NOT RECOMMENDI have recently used this company for a bond clean and I cannot begin to describe how disappointing this service was. The cleaner rocked up to the job with a rag and a bottle of spray and wipe for a BOND CLEAN, we had to explain to him multiple times what needed to be done, and had to call him back the next day to redo the job and after 10 hours the house was still not at satisfactory! Cleaner also put curtains and curtain rods in the bin that were left for the realesate.Careless, useless, arrogant, DISGUSTING! 0/10 DO NOT USE

Do not book this cleaner. Terrible service. Poor communication. Late to arrive. Tried to charge me more than quoted. Unsatisfactory clean - carpet not vacuumed, showers left dirty, air conditioning unit, fans & light switches left dusty. Did not return to correct cleaning issues as promised with booking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolute joke and a total scam. We paid for a professional bond clean and they sent one guy to do the entire job. He was not professional and had no idea how to clean. We asked the company to send someone back to finish the job, they sent the same cleaner and he was on his phone half the time. My father and myself had to help him clean for two hours otherwise the job would not have ever been finished. The real estate agent was not happy with the clean, so we rang the company to get them back and they said because it was past the 5 days and they had already sent the cleaner back a second time, it wasn't their problem. They were extremely rude. In the end they said they'd send someone back but we would have to pay for it. So now myself and my partner are finishing off the cleaning ourselves 3rd time around. Absolute waste of time and money, go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience with this business. Terrible customer service. They did not clean properly then avoided my calls and took too long to return to re clean and my lease had run out and new tenants already moved in. I had to clean the apartment myself after them. Took months for them to only partially refund the areas they did not clean properly.

These guys charged a 50 dollar deposit, then 480, did nothing and then left. They then avoided my phone calls and when called on another phone picked up and agreed to doing a bond clean the next day which they didn't turn up for. The owner is rude, and doesn't even have credit (in 2023). Lucky I didn't give him my credit card to be fair as he's clearly a scammer. I had to hire an additional bond cleaner to fix the mess he made as in some areas of the house he managed to make it dirtier than it was, and I am now having to block the payment with my bank and try to chase him up with the A.C.C.C because he hasn't provided the service I have paid for. I don't recommend going with this company, IF you can call them a company. More like a scam.

No not recommend for a bond clean. I did not receive any of my bond back for the bond clean Wish Clean completed. I was also charged $200.00 extra from Wish Clean for ‘extra dirty’ kitchen shelf tops.

I do not recommend Wish cleaning at ALL! Their team is highly unprofessional and disorientated, when their team arrived on location they had quite a harsh manner towards the owners of the property and in general unenthusiastic behaviour. They charged payment before cleaning but during the cleaning they did not clean the gas top properly, and told me they “did not have the correct cleaning supplies” either for the gas top nor the toilet. Another huge issue I found after they had cleaned and left was the walls of every room of the property. The walls still had stains all over them and even though I told one of the cleaners to clean the walls but he declined and said he could not. (P.S to mention they left 30 minutes earlier than they were suppose to)Overall this service is terrible, slow, and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to use this service in case of an encounter with the cleaners I had. I give them the lowest rating that is possible to give, I would have given 0 stars thats how bad their service was but luckily google does not allow the 0 star option.Regards,

I paid for a bond clean + carpet clean and the carpet was left in a disgusting condition. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. When I tried to contact them about doing it again (as their company policy states that any unacceptable clean will be redone at no cost), they simply dismissed me and did not follow up for days afterwards. When I finally managed to get a response, it was only to tell me that “they had tried their best” and to offer me a monetary gesture that wasn’t even close to the amount I paid for the service.I usually hate writing reviews but this experience just made me so upset because they made me pay before the service was done and then didn’t own up to their mistake. It’s going to cost more to fix their error than it did to book them.I hope no one else deals with something like this as moving is stressful enough. I can only hope that they own up to their mistakes in the future.
