Our aircon has been a bust on and off for over 2 months. Being pregnant in the queensland heat has caused heat rash and swelling in both hands and feet. Still no update on it getting fixed no news at all. Bit disappointed. Technician that came didnt put screws back in and said they would maybe fix it when they were back in the area???

Joel installed a ducted airconditioning system for me in Brisbane. I have it serviced every year by the techs and 10 years and its still going strong. They also installed a split system in our rental property and serviced annually - I would recommend JB Air

Joel and the staff at JB Air are all very professional, knowledgeable and it has been a pleasure to deal with them throughout. My Daikin Multi System was not a straight forward installation and Joel came up with the best solution. During the installation great care was taken to keep the work place, my white carpeted apartment clean & tidy. The Daikin outside unit is extremely quiet, performs better than expected and I'm extremely happy with the entire package. So many thanks to Joel for his advice, Jarrod for the installation and Donna for organizing everything so well. Cheers Kenn.

Not good. They don't come back to finish the repairs and lie about parts not being available.We were left stranded for six weeks without aircon in the middle of summer until we could find someone else to complete the job.
