This person installed anti virus that was already licensed to 5 other users at full price thus he is charging full price over and over again. When he installed it my computer could not connect with internet for four days. He also recommended a word program upgrade that he installed and I later discovered was a free uograde with the computer anyway. The bill was over $1000. We met with him and showed evidence of what we found. He knew he was caught and backed down but most people wouldn't have the time or resouces to uncover his lies and theft. He just lies. Don't go anywhere near this person.
