Chemist Warehouse Northland

I have a condition that requires me to take a lot of pills every day, so i visit this pharmacy at least once a week, and every time i go the staff is really nice and helpful.

Great place, open good hours and convenient parking

We received exceptional service from Linda at My Chemist, Northland. She went out of her way to help us ensure my elderly dad got his medication and even got it delivered to him at his house. Thank you for your friendly and caring service Linda!!

Yesterday (Sat 25/2) around 3pm a lovely older blondish woman served me at the checkout. She was the only one holding down the fort of the busy line of customers. Very nice and polite and made my day better with such a short interaction.

I come here even though it’s not very close to me as it’s much less overwhelming than other chemists warehouses and not so tightly packed. The security guard is always very kind and greets you with a smile.

Dropped in my scripts and were ready in just a few minutes, Helpful lady at the pharmacy. Shelfs were tidy and well stocked and the cashier at the front had the line moving quickly

This store provides great customer service. As soon as you walk in, an available staff will greet you and ask if you need any assistance.

Good range and very conveniently located, they have all stock as shown on chemist warehouse Central website. Always found whatever needed. Nice and tidy store. But only problem is its hard to find find staff if you need any assistance, they seem short of staff.

Retailer advertise a product on shelf that Product price would be $22.90 after $7 cash back. On shelf advertisement did not contain further detail on the condition of cash back offer other than see staff for details. The advertising ticket expiry on 1/1/2023.Base on price advertise, I decided to purchase the product knowing up front we need to pay the pre-cash back offer of $29.99. Enquiry at the point of sale with the staff and ask specifically about the cash back offer we are handed a form and advise we can complete the cash back offer details online. Upon purchasing the product on 1/1/2023 and consume one tablet out of the package. Proceed to the online claim process only to notice the cash back offer has already expired. Having specially ask for retail staff direction and confirmation about the cashback offer, help me form the purchasing decision.Went back to the store to complaint to the manager in charge. The manager advise the cash back offer is not provided by the retailer and it is the sponsored company promotion and refuse to take any responsibility of their advertising and refuse to remedy the situation and does not admit they falsely advertising an expire offer to mislead consumer. Nice store with a great variety of products. I like that is out of the Northland plaza, as it is easier to find.When it comes to prescriptions, you need to wait for a long time as they don’t appear to have many staff rostered on.
