Brett is a very enthusiastic and communicative guitar teacher. He is very friendly, always smiling and cares about my development as a guitar player. He always expresses belief in my ability and constantly looks for ways for me to improve my playing.Guitar lessons are always fun with Brett.

Brett is a wonderful guitar teacher, his depth and knowledge of the instrument and techniques are outstanding. He personalizes his approach to the learners individual needs which has been great for me as an adult learner. I've been really surprised at how much enjoyment I'm having at learning guitar after so many years.

Brett is extremely passionate and articulate when teaching music. He can teach you complex concepts in a condensed and fast way. He places huge emphasis on technique in his lessons too.

I retired 2 years ago and decided to take up the guitar in order to learn and develop new skills, improve my memory and dexterity, be more creative, feel a sense of accomplishment and provide stress relief. I wanted to get a good foundation of technique and understanding, so I researched extensively to find a suitable teacher. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Brett Gomez who I have been taking lessons with for 18 months. Brett is a highly accomplished musician and guitarist with over 20 years experience, holds both a bachelors and masters graduating with distinction in music from the University of Sydney. Brett is charming and cheerful, calm, professional, frank and honest, attentive and flexible with availability and timing of lessons. Brett is very passionate about teaching, finds creative ways to explain concepts, actively listens, quickly spots problems and develops solutions, so that I continue to make progress. Most importantly Brett makes lessons enjoyable, is incredibly positive, encouraging and supportive, especially when I feel frustrated about my progress, and always finds new ways to keep me motivated and interested. I really feel I have found the perfect teacher for my needs.
