Our salesman (Gabi) is the son of the owner. We were very pleased with his knowledge very pleased with his overall service. Our only issue is that Gabi speaks very quickly and being a senior citizen I found him difficult to understand at times. We asked him to slow his speech but he had trouble maintaining this. Nevertheless we were very happy with the deal we got and bought 2 fans from him. This was the third lighting place we frequented on the day.

Only after a very unpleasant discussion did I get a refund for a faulty light night a few days earlier. I was told they don't give refunds to which I pointed out a sign that themselves were displaying said that faulty items were refundable. If I could give no stars I would.

Avoid this place at all costs. They change prices on you at the counter, citing they made a mistake when writing the price on the showroom lights. Then after taking a deposit, they promise a 7 day turnaround, which bleeds into 4 weeks, no phone calls, etc. Go elsewhere. Ended up getting my money back via a bank chargeback as this was easier than calling over and over again.

I have shopped here before, about 12 months ago, and had a good experience but my latest one was not. The shop has a lot of stock on the floor but my recent experience with placing an order through them was not good. There was a problem with my order with items being unavailable. I did not receive any phone calls about these items and their follow up was terrible. In the end I picked up part of my order and decided to order the other items online myself. Very unhappy.

Drove all the way out to a closed store, shows open on website . Thankyou for touching base with me about calling ahead to check if your store is really open before I visit. I went from your store to Beacon and bought all the lights for our new house. But thankyou anyway.

Not to be trusted.Waited nearly 4 months for an item which was confirmed to be in stock and told it would be about a 12 day wait... things happen, its frustrating, but I don't have too much of an issue with this. However, the lack of communication over that time was a pain.When the light finally arrives, its a smaller size to the one I ordered... but at no time did he declare this until I noticed it while walking out of the store (having already paid for the larger more expensive size light). On questioning the salesman, he told me the size I ordered never existed - I know it did, as I ordered it directly from the wholesalers catalogue with the original sales person... She made a phone call to confirm availability.After asking for my money to be refunded, he doubles down on his behaviour and laughs at me, suggesting that I wouldn't notice the difference in size - I did notice the difference in price.I asked why he didn't just tell me and be honest about it, and the response was, And then what?"I could have purchased this light online months ago
