Australia Post - Doncaster Post Shop

This is the worst post I have seen in Melbourne. Worst staff EVER. The worst customer service I have ever seen! There are two Chinese staff which is very rude and passive

I've come here many times since I live nearby and use parcel collection. Basically everytime they've been helpful even when I've had weird enquires. Usually it's pretty busy, but you can get out quickly if you've got the right info.

Terrible experience. Went in with a package that had been damaged in transit. The staff member was sceptical and acted as if I had damaged it myself to get a refund. When I finally heard back from AusPost, they had closed the case and refused to pay any damages because the worker at Doncaster determined it wasn't Aus Post's fault. I showed them footage of the postie dropping the package - which they said wasn't proof enough. Like others here, I'd give less than 1 star if I could.

Rude two chinese ladies both with glasses. They aren’t very friendly. They don’t even smile at all. They don’t even say Hi or greet you. And I used to go here a lot. When I asked questions about other options I can do to send my parcel (since they said they can’t send it because it’s too big), they both say they don’t know and don’t even try to help me by suggesting other ways. They don’t care at all and act as if they can’t be bothered. Poor customer service. Other people in line heard me and answered me to try and help me! They should have known these things it’s theur line of work. Nothing wrong with being helpful. People here used to be nice what happened to them? This place is nearer to my house but I avoid this place now. I prefer to go to Aus Post in Jackson Court.

Service is good the ladies are just under staffed.More staff at the front and back would help them.I'd go back for sure on a less busy day however.

Horrible devious staff in post office in Doncaster shopping centre. I was there and just wanted to know if they have printing services that I line up or leave. The employee not only listened to my question, she didn't let her colleague answer my question. Is it really fair that I line up for an hour and then they rudely say 'we don't offer printing services'. Australia post should be ashamed of such employees. I could rate them minus if there was such rating.

This site is too busy I keep put note leave my parcel to Boxhill north post office, they never do that. Doncaster post office will spend half to one hr for just pick up a parcel, you have to find car parking then wait long long line. Worst post office in Melbourne!

Terrible service. Not even one star.I walked in with five parcels in my hand. There were four staff behind counter. One lady trying the help me scan the parcel then another ask me to leave because they are going to have lunch break. I explained I just walked in as the door opened. Then she yelled ‘you can come back later’

I would give ‘0’ Stars if I could!! people deserve to know how bad this place truely is!!The worst post office I’ve ever been too!! The lines are always huge and staff just walking around doing nothing, not to mention completely RUDE!!Especially a Chinese lady called ‘LIN’!!This lady has the most SHOCKING behaviour/customer service I’ve ever seen and makes rude remarks about children crying in store or touching things !!I was in store with my 4 and 2 year old and the 2 yr old was upset and cranky that we were already in line for over 25 mins LIN called us over finally with a serious face and no hello nothing, my son was on the floor in front of me crying managed to get ahold of a plush toy in front of him and threw it up onto the scale in front of me, LIN told me abruptly to’TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR CHILD’ !!!I said you must not have children with your lack of empathy/understanding… she responded with ‘No I don’t have children if I did I’d have better control of them’!!!! How on earth is someone like this employed as manager of The store!!!! Shameful behaviour and treatment of customers!!!I was lost for words that a mum with a upset toddler could be spoken to in such a degrading manner by someone who is supposed to be assisting customers not degrading them!!Appalled that such a lady can be a manager at a store! Australia Post please provide appropriate customer service training to staff immediately and LINLEAVE if you’re unhappy in your job that behaviour towards are customer paying money to keep you employed is NOT ON !Really disappointed by the lack of training this women has in customer service !!

Dear Management:I have never had a bad experience at this post office until 24/9/22 at 1030am.I highly recommend you doing an internal investigation with your female staff (the one with the Philippine accent).She is clearly not fit for customer service position.She belittles you, tries to think she's above you, the tone, attitude thst she projects on to you, is not the Australian post standards. Excuse me, but you are here to assist and work for the company, not go on a power trip and exercise your almighty know it all knowledge of the post office.Can you just help and assist us normally like the rest of the staff and the world do?Whatever issue she has personally with herself, or with her family or whatever, she needs to keep it to herself at home in private time. Otherwise your company needs to take appropriate action.She needs a written notice for the attitude she gave to all the people who were served by her today.I witnessed it all, not just to me, but other people waiting and being served.She even failed the passport photo of someone else, then, with her stinky attitude again, basically implied it was her fault the photo wasn't taken properly. I felt sorry for the lady getting her photo taken.Every one else at this post office is nice and polite, especially the asian lady with the glasses.Credit is due for those where due. I recommend you to remove her from that position. She is not suited for it.
