Will not recommend to take you car here, take my Jeep in for a service after the car won't start. So they said i need new battery , starter motor and they found petrol mix in with diesel in the tank so i need new injectorsIt's take them nearly 2 months just to let me know that they can't fix it because they can't get the injectors and if they can get the parts it'll cost me nearly $6000 to fix it. So i told them i will take it to other mechanic.After waiting for so long and pay $1700 for new battery and start motor and the car won't start when i go pick up the car.Take the car to other mechanic not even 1 day gone by they call me up to ask me why the petrol still in the tank so i have zero idea what your mechanic team are doing.Zero communication from the team i have to keep calling them every 2 weeks just to find out what's happening to the car and get told they will call you back but never did.Will never recommend to my family or friends or anyone to take your car here unless you have time and money to throw it away.

Never again. Previously had an Alfa Romeo serviced here and was happy with the service, so recently returned to have the 3 year service done. Car just wasn't right on return, so had another mechanic look it over. Cricks had overfilled the engine oil (surely a basic task for a mechanic?), hadn't touched the front wiper blades which needed to be replaced as smearing water (leaving driver blind in rain), spark plugs hadn't been touched, 2/4 tyre valve caps had been replaced with non-matching plastic versions (maybe they lost the metal originals?), and some sort of product had been left to dry visibly on areas of the windscreen, adding to visibility issues. At $500, this is just not good enough!

My vehicle have been serviced here through Cricks MG for the last 4 years, and since Keema had taken over from Cricks i've not had the best experience to say the least. Andrew Dadson was the best person to deal with and since he left Samantha and Todd have been very terrible. No people skills, no integrity, poor communication, pretty vague with their answers to my enquiries. I had my vehicle fully serviced and replace all tyres in April and you can imagine how much that would cost which was fineI, and just 2 weeks ago i took my car in because it was shaking and they charged me $600 for labour service and $200 for the 4 sparks to replace. My wife picked the car up this week and it was still shaking, when i rang that same afternoon i didn't get an answer so i left a voicemail, i rang the following morning to advise them that the car is still shaking and that my wife will drop the car off that morning and they said they'll do a check on it again. When my wife arrived they told her that they'll diagnose the car to see what the issue is because if is some other issue than they'll have to look into it meaning we'll have to pay extra. WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO DIAGNOSE THE VEHICLE AGAIN TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE IS??? What load of rubbish, so you diagnose the car and fix the issue than hand it back to the customer and less the 24hrs later you ask the customer that you need to diagnose the vehicle AGAIN to determine what the issue is, on top of that you Samantha, you told my wife that is not a service issue and that is our issue!? Just a tip for you Samantha, please don't ring a customer and say that the car is ready for pickup and asked questions around payment when the car is not even ready because it wasn't ready til 2 days later! I could go on and on but just know you've lost a loyal customer and i will not be recommending your service to anyone..

Worst experience ever.Found a upper&lower oil sump leaking a month after warranty period and I personally suspect that they've been neglecting and waiting until my warranty finishes so they can charge me as otherwise it must have been broaken within that one month (what a coincidence).Asked for a goodwill warranty yet had to pay $280 - I've been paying 2~3times more than my local michanic for 3 years for nothing.They said it will take 3 days yet called me after 3PM on 2nd day telling me come and pick it up. I said I couldn't come that day and they said Hey I need your loan car".Disgusting experience I would say."

I have to say I was apprehensive handing my Ram truck over to a dealership to be serviced as it has had a lot of modifications and a lot of money spent on it. I can not speak highly enough of this team, my truck was looked after and my concerns were addressed i.e. the steering play. My truck came back looking like new and the quality of the service was exceptional. I would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone in fact I will be prompting this business to the Ram community. Thanks guys, the truck looks and runs great

Very DODGY service. Took my car there for a logbook service. Was told that I would have an oil change and coolant replaced. Turned out, oil is changed but NO coolant replaced. And the shocking thing is they still charged for BOTH. When I ask why you don’t have the coolant on the invoice but still charging, the receptionist simply LIED and said they did they job but didn’t want to put that on the invoice. After a few rounds of argument, the receptionist went in and talked to the manager and finally agreed that it had not been done. Such an insult on customer’s trust and loyalty. Will definitely not come back and my advice for anyone went here or going to have your car service here is please check your invoice carefully before you leave the premises.

Horrible experience and we will never be back. Will never buy another Jeep as a result.Communication is non existent. Never able to speak to someone from the service centre. Always told someone will call back and no one calls back. Was charged $180 for a diagnostic test to tell us what we already knew and then was told they could have the part by 3pm that day. Next minute it would be 1.5 weeks for the part to arrive as it had to come from Melbourne. Was told 2 hours for the part to be replaced now going on 4.5 hours just phoned to speak to someone and surprise surprise there is no one in the service centre available to talk to me. I am very disappointed by this whole experience. My suggestion would be to get some training in customer service!

Worst service experience ever, and having purchased a new vehicle every 3 years for the last 20 odd, that's a big call. Failed to resolve a basic issue on a booked in job, even when advised the most likely cause. Fobbed off by the Service Manager without the suggested fix even attempted, and was lied to about parts being changed out! This business proudly displays it's Values" in the waiting area

Avoid this place at all cost. Very rude staff especially Jason. Charges are quite high for a below average service. No communication skills. There should be a minus star rating. Giving them the lowest rating of 1 star is very generous.

Rang 2 weeks ago re a rattle behind my dash board in my RAM,Was told we will call you back.2 weeks have passed with no return call.Also asked about adjusting my front bumper bar that was off centre from factory.Was told not covered by warranty and it would cost me $400 to make the adjustment.Now I have to travel 2 hours each way to another RAM service centre to get the problem fixed.Spend over a hundred grand and this is the quality service you get.VERY POOR
