The spider spray and spider puff powder aspect of the service on the property, went well and was successful.The physical inspection for termites was conducted inside of the house and around the outside of the house.The service technician wouldn’t get under the house or in the roof cavity and complete the termite inspection service in detail.A waste of our money, time and risk management plan of potential termites control. You’ve got to be joking. Give them the flick at Wagga Wagga, NSW branch.An investigation at further expense in time to us is pointless. Partial refund would be more appropriate. I have 20 years background in investigation specifically. This is a qualified investigation and review.

spent a lot of money with this company, just turned up the other day to do an inspection without notifying nor asking my permission to do the inspection.I rang to let them know to contact me if they wish to do a pest inspection at my property. I paid them. Then he wrote me an email from Flick Wagga with a passive aggressive email back to me. All I asked was for Flick Wagga to ask my permission to do an inspection not just turn up and expect me to pay. I have paid, did not get an invoice nor receipt, I asked him to ring or reply to my email sort this out and to resolve the issue but just ignored. Very disappointed that he escalated this matter and has not contacted me since. Despite being with them for at least 3 years and spending a lot of money with them, very sad, upsetting customer service
