We wanted to buy a fire from this store that wasn't on the shop floor but was showing they had stock. Sally was on customer service and helped us locate the fire in the store, then arranged for it to be lifted down. She then called to make sure our vehicle was suitable for transportation. Couldn't of been more helpful, especially on a busy Sunday afternoon. Thank you very much Sally. Larch family

The level of service here is abysmal. It's the same every single time and not surprisingly, the same self indulged, arrogant 'we don't care' staff.Was there earlier today. Self checkout closed. Service desk open, with two staff helping one person do keys, while two other staff played around in the tool shop. Meanwhile customers lined up waiting with no other option.

Customer experience absolutely amazing, from when I entered the door to leaving. Prue answered the call to help myself with getting some potting mix as due to medical reasons I am unable to lift the weight by myself she even cashed me out and helped with loading it into the car. She was so friendly with both other customers and stuff, loved to see it and was great to have help without feeling like a bother to others. No wonder she is the store manager there. Best experience possible. Thank you so much for the Bunnings team at Bundamba.

It's huge and has everything you want from a bunnings. It does have a bad track record or car break-ins, but i think as long as you are smart and dont leave stuff in the car, you'll be fine.

I could not place a click and collect for the pavers I wanted so I went into my local store, where I placed an order with them on Monday to be collected on Friday after work. It was then transferred to Bundamba who had the stock. We were told it would be ready for collection in the timber yard. When I went in on Saturday morning and no-one knew of the order and it had not been picked. Time was wasted trying to find what was needed and getting it on my Ute. Not impressed with the customer service at this store.

He was so informative and helpful, and went out of his way to offer other products and services that would benefit my small business. These guys are an absolute joke compared to other Bunnings stores. Over twice the price of a clearance item than 2 other local Bunnings stores. head to West Ipswich if you want customer service.

Am there every weekend, staff always helpful. Joints always clean, plant section always looks good. Could lower plants prices every now n then though,Bunnings garden I have. sausage sangas are yummo
