Terrible companyHaving an order with them since August, been waiting for 4 months they cant get the product.Now I just need the bed ASAP for my pregnant wife so need to cancel the order they asking for 30% for the cancellation fee. For the product they dont have for 4 months+This is ridiculous.DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL.

My mattress is absolutely perfect. Thank you to Andre (The sales guy) who was excellent with technical knowledge. He was also really good at navigating me towards the best one for my needs and price point. You can really tell there is superior workmanship and quality in the design, construction and materials. And being Australian, presumably Melbourne made is a big bonus. I bought the Royal Euro Queen Mattress and it easily stacks up or could potentially surpass the quality of sleep I’ve had with previous mattresses that have cost significantly more.- Nicola K

We bought a super expensive mattress from this place a few months ago and that mattress has started sinking within 12 months. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered but. It seems that they are not willing to refund this faulty mattress.
