Exceptional customer service and all round brilliant. We took a few camper vans to Jono to do a pre-purchase inspection. He was not only incredibly thorough and helpful but so lovely too and helped us get the van of our dreams! We will only be going to Jono and Artarmon Auto & Mechanical moving forwards. Really can’t recommend highly enough!

I will only be seeing Jono as my mechanic from now on. He did the major service on my Toyota Aurion and he did an excellent job and I am without a doubt definitely the most fussiest client he has ever had.He answered all my questions and concerns, very knowledgeable and provides a great service and he's an excellent genuine guy.The price was also very cheap, about half of what the dealership would have charged and the dealership apprenticeship would never have matched this quality.

Jono is approachable, genuine and a complete professional. Artarmon Auto and Mechanical charged a very reasonable price for the work done on my car, Jono doesn't look for problems that aren't there to try and get more money out of you like i've experienced with some mechanics in the past which is refreshing. I'd honestly recommend his services to anyone and will definitely be going back in future for any services/auto issues I have!
