Sent my car to Three J to get it serviced.Friendly and flexible staff.I was running a little late and I got a call from Stacey to check on me.That was the first time a staff member check on me before closing the shop. Thank you Stacy.Before I bought my car the car dealer sent it to Three J to get the road worthy and get something fixed. Unfortunately that part broke again.I could go on and complain that that part they fixed broke but why should I?I want to point out the positive thing:Three J was so kind to check in their books and fixing it under warranty.Well that’s service and fair.Coming back.

I must say I used this business for a Roadworthy on my Renault Clio, the service was ok but the price that was charged was way over the top. I Googled price of Roadworthy which came up between $150 to $180. The first day I picked it up they knocked me on two front tyres & window tint to dark, which is fine, but then charged me $240, I then had the problems rectified and took it back for final inspection, she then charged me another $60.... Way over the top. $300 for $180 job, very disappointing. Certainly would not recommend this business.

I got my car towed here as it wasn't starting. Being aware that I was 8months pregnant at the time and needed my car, they proceeded to return it to me claiming that my fuel injected car was flooded. . . When I went to start it the day after getting it back it didn't start again. Took it to Dallas automotive and they actually ran the scan tool and informed me that the code for crank angle sensor came up and fixed it within hours. I would never use three j again if they were the last mechanics on earth. Rude and unprofessional.

Best service you'll ever get. Vehicle work is done to an impeccable level of quality. Makes you reassured that your vehicle is in the best shape it can be as you drive out. Very easy on the wallet for a quality service. If you need work done this is the only place you should go

Wouldn't book in here if it was the last place on earth. Woman on the phone was rude and got mad when I didn't book in after asking for a quote

Best service in town. Also straight forward explanations and very nice customer service, especially to those like myself who know very little about the inner workings of their car. Will be my local mechanic for as long as I'm Shep.

My Wife and I have taken both cars to Stacey and Jase for years and they have always been honest and reliable. Had and issue with my car recently rang up and they booked me in the next day and sorted me out. Great friendly service.
