Would love to rate higher but found they were just not as polished or professional as any other spa I had been too. Staff were lovely but during my treatment I could hear staff in other areas speaking loudly. Massage was lovely. Facial was average, most facials I've in the past the staff would actually look at your skin to see what is needed, here I had to advise. I had a manicure done which at quick glance before I left was fine but when I actually looked it was the worst job I've had, very messy and large gaps where the nail polish was missing. It was summed up when I friend saw it and said you paid for that.""

We attended on Mother's Day a gift from my son the experience was amazing the lovely Maritian Staff was so polite not to forget the lovely feeling of being massage was so relaxed after. Now I need another will be contacting you again soon. Definitely 5 stars

love coming here on my time away from my busy life, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, they make the whole experience calm and enjoyable.I always enjoy a whole body massage which is always relaxing.its quality treatment all the way, i don't go often but i will be making another appointment soon!

This is one of my favourite places in the world. Rishta was a true professional who truly understood and ensured that you were being ‘pampered.’ I loved every single moment. She was also very courteous, professional, and very skilful. I highly recommend this place. The ambient, music, candles, and customer service skills were exceptional.

Unbelievable experience. First time at a day spa and didn't know what to expect. From welcome to end it was a pleasurable experience. Ivonne and sukhi were wonderful in making my experience one i will never forget. All at the spa were understanding in allowing me to use a expired voucher and this experience is one i will never forget.I am definitely returning and will be bringing all my family here.Thanks to everyone at Face Body Day Spa.

The staff were lovely and I loved the lady that did my massage. Main issue I had is the place was fairly dirty and building is old and neglected. My husband and I found a lot of dust bits on our clothes, possibly fallen from the dusty ceiling, could tell floor was dirty when stepping barefoot.Probably wouldn’t go again which is a shame as price is reasonable and nice staff and location.

My girlfriend and I recently got a couples facial and massage package. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. We felt so relaxed afterwards and our skin felt amazing as well.The couples room had a very cute homely vibe and it was a nice change compared to some larger chains that can seem quite clinical.Would definitely recommend this day spa and beauty salon based on their professionalism and exceptional customer service.

My Boyfriend and I went to do the couples package Spa day for anniversary. We had an amazing time, it was relaxing, enjoyable and we left feeling really refreshed and happy.I can not recommend this place high enough, my partner was feeling a bit down with a head cold and they were caring and considerate constantly checking if he was okay and comfortable.If I could give more than 5 stars I really would.

This place is awesome! They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the most important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. The staff are all very kind and friendly. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing spa treatment then I recommend that this is the place to go. Thanks girls for a wonderful day.
