P4 Pilates Reformer Studio

Patti is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. She is very supportive and motivating, which is exactly what I needed. Now that I've found Patti I won't be going anywhere else. She is fantastic.

Over the many years that I have trained with Patti, she has helped me make many positive changes in my life. Patti is professional, passionate about what she does, and is extremely knowledgeable. I have learnt so much from her and am fortunate that I have met her. Patti is a fantastic trainer and I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Patti is an amazing instructor. She offers one on one sessions as well as two people. Her studio is perfectly set up and inviting. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic while teaching and helping you strengthen. I can’t recommend her enough. For anyone unsure of Pilates and nervous to try, Patti is for you. For those of you very experienced at Pilates, Patti has the skills to continue to challenge you.

Patti is one of a kind!A fantastic personal trainer who i have had for 8 Years! She is dedicated, passionate and most importantly friendly and welcoming.She has provided care help and support in the rehab of my shoulder and lower back, and who knows where I would be without her.Patti is very experienced, and continues to develop, learn and provide new and improved skills, exercises and/or techniques.I wouldn't use anyone else.

In truth I don’t know a great deal about Pilates but Patti has been my personal trainer for a number of years. What I do know is that her commitment as a teacher has no bounds and that she would be a first rate Pilates Instructor.Patti also has a great thirst for knowledge in all facets of life including physical development, spiritual growth, nutrition and sustainable living. Her ability to share her knowledge and indeed learn from all who come into her life makes her a natural born teacher.If you are thinking of Pilates then don’t hesitate to go to P4Pilates. I know I will next year when life changes give me a little more time to step out of my geographical area.
