The customer service is absolutely amazing and prices are decent, transition is quick to get into the new home. However, my rental property was not thoroughly explained and some issues were found only after signing the contract.

It was a very positive experience dealing with Steve, Nikki and the team from the start of the rental lease to the end. They were very understanding of a tough situation that was out of our control at the end of our contract, and proceeded professionally and with understanding.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Roger at QUAY, and thought it worth noting that he was both professional, understanding and informative in regards to a property he is showing. Would definitely recommend him as an agent. He went out of his way to walk my partner and I through a property and was more customer service oriented than any other agency we've dealt with.

Steve is amazing, definitely tried to work for both the tenants and landlord. Steve went above and beyond we rented off them for over 4 years the landlord was an issue but Steve still tried he’s very best to please us both. Landlord was making hes life and ours difficult but he always found neutral ground. Thank you for everything Steve
