Brilliant, 6kg piece of Beef and marinated.Cooked it on Webber on a bed of sliced onions at 235c for 40 mins then reduced heat to 160c cooked for 4 hours, rotating every half hour. No red meat throughout as I cut through same colour all the way through just falling off the knife as I sliced

Ray is an exceptional butcher who does extreme quality cuts. Best burger mince in town. Only sausages I've had from any butcher with quality mince without any 'hard' bits. I recommend the pork personally. Also does all your large low and slow cuts briskets and quality roasts. Has smoker accessories and priceless advice. He has BBQ packs to accommodate all budgets with some exceptional savings. Lastly absolute best scotch fillet I've ever had you pay a premium but it's absolutely worth it. Give them a go!

Meat seems lovely , but may be work on your customer service. I have been at your shop twice and both times I have felt unwelcome...especially as now you are putting up the prices.

Definitely agree with Jason Varker. Have tried this place a handful of times, always same smartarse attitude, like he’d prefer you not be in his shop. And no I don’t need a cuddle. I really like to support the smaller businesses and gave the place another go. There’s two other butchers two minutes away with fantastic meat and excellent customer service, will be sticking with them from now on.
