Scott the pharmacist is the rudest and most judgemental man. He's supposed to be a trained professional as well as skilled in customer service. Went there for professional advice left feeling judged andsneered at.Horrible man.

It’s disappointing that home delivery will take 4 days when I am isolating and my GP has faxed a prescription required asap. I live 4 minutes drive from the pharmacy.

Thanks to Emma one of the pharmacists for assisting our daughter in setting up an account with them. The care and patience shown when she was in a very busy chemist was refreshing for great customer service.

Rude, condescending and unprofessional customer service from Emma. I have been a customer for two years, and have always had great service from Sam, Scott, and Doug. I have a background in customer service have a huge respect of its importance. I know too well that it only takes one person in a small business with a poor attitude to ruin the efforts of their colleagues. This is the first complaint I ever made as I am usually very forgiving, but Emma’s abhorrent behaviour could not be overlooked.
