Wow this shop is very elegant and the macarons are above good. The decoration is amazing and we were immediately drawn into having to pick some stuff

Duyen was an absolute delight and provided my sister and I with an extremely high level of customer service. Her product knowledge was outstanding and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The store also had an extensive range of products. A lovely experience while waiting for our flight :).

Kathryn who works at the Melbourne Airport is the best. Generous with her time and product knowledge, not pushy at all but you just want to buy everything from her. She does the best hand spa as well. Look her up when you are at the airport and say hi. Thank you Kathryn for all your help you are a gem, this store is lucky to have you. Steph x

The product is great which is why I bought it however the service was not fantastic to be honest. The young lady that served me showed me the product I was interested in (from a tester she got from somewhere else in the shop), and when I said yes, I’ll take it, she immediately moved back to the counter and proceeded to mess around with stuff over there. I had to get her attention and ask her which product/box on the shelf was the correct one. I would have thought she’d just take the correct box to the counter noting the tester wasn’t boxed and I had no idea which one I had sampled. Once I got the correct product the young lady asked if I wanted to join the mailing list and I’d receive a free sample bag. I thought….why not….and gave my details. She rang up the sale, put the product in a nice little bag and then looked blankly at me for a fairly lengthy pause. I prompted her with ……”and my sample bag please”…..? She laughed, rummaged around behind the counter, then handed over the sample bag. There was only one other customer and she was being served by the other shop assistant. Perhaps the young lady was having a bad day. But it was a little confusing to say the least.

Very good products and I just using this cleanser daily. Gentle to skin
