Jenelle Montgomerie is a sleazy real estate agent, driven solely by “closing deals” without considering the needs of her clients. She lacks professionalism, integrity, & courtesy, and is unable to manage her temper in the face of conflict. Despite acting as a point of contact between her clients & their solicitors, she will not stop to give her opinion on dealings that lay outside of her jurisdiction. Working with her has been unbearable, with condescending and rude remarks being made when “supporting” her first home buyers. I will definitely not be using Jenelle’s services in the future, and hope she learns basic customer service skills for the sake of Soames’ future clients.

I recently purchased a house from Edmond Wong. I am very impressed on how efficiently and professionally he works: I had increased my offers for multiple times in 3 days and I ended up paying $50K more than the highest limit price I set for myself after I inspected the property. Even I know I was persuaded to pay much more because of Edmond, but I feel vey happy after I bought this house. Also I am very pleased on the way Edmond communicated with me: professional and direct. Therefore, I would ask Edmond to sell the house if I would sell the property in the future. As I do think he is an outstanding real estate agent!
