Hardly no queues, which is great when your in a hurry. Customer service is great from some of the staff. Seriously, Best coffees around, highly recommend but what’s with the milkshakes? For $6 I got a small milkshake that was just milk & chocolate syrup! Yes I know, that’s a milkshake, but for a small, for $6, and didn’t taste so great was too overpriced! Maybe a dollop of ice cream in the shake would justify the price and taste like a milkshake.

Rather than driving in circles looking for a car park & wait in the LONG queues at Sunbury P/O,a five minute drive to Diggers Rest, & it's all done in a flash with a smile !! Thanks, Barry!!

Very friendly and they had food and coffee off to the right. The man helped me with putting my folder into a suitable box which I wasn't sure how it was going to work

Excellent customer service from all the staff members especially the senior male staff who took out time to explain to me that a small envelope will cost me almost equivalent amount as the small box, to post abroad. Because of his suggestion I was able to send more things overseas in the small box with similar weight. Thank u so much for your kind service.
