Over the past 3 or so years my purchases just haven't lived up to what I consider a standard quality. I know this is no new news to Spell. After my last purchase I just can't do it anymore!! It is throw away fashion due to the quality :( Longevity is a huge part of sustainability - at which Spell has failed consistently over several purchases.

Paid for express shipping as I was only staying at this particular location for a week. Unfortunately going into day 5 and I have not received the wedding dress and just an automatic email saying they are busy with the new launch and will get back to me when they can. Wouldn't recommend counting on them for a wedding dress.

Spell’s customer service sinks to a new low with Covid 19 lockdowns. Even though parcels take 3 to 4 times longer to reach Sydney, they don’t care. The 30 day return policy is still being adhered to. I called today because the “website chat” I filled in 5 days ago was never replied to. I then got a lecture on how they were going to let me return those items that were 2 days past 30 days from order “just this once”. I said that it was unreasonable attitude considering 1. They took a week to deliver the order during lockdown 2. They never responded to a website enquiry from 5 days prior. The self righteous snooty attitude, the lack of “sorry” for not responding, it’s all capped off by no action taken by customer service. Still waiting for them to deign to send me return post details. It’s not worth the rudeness and patronising.
