I was very impressed with the whole experience with Heka Hoods – from the time I requested a quote, right through to delivery on site. Heka Hoods has a very user friendly ordering process that captures the finest details. It was a great example of a Quality Assurance system centred around user experience. Written and verbal communication from was outstanding at all stages, and the hoods arrived well packaged and with no defects. Out of the 50 or so trade contractors and suppliers engaged for this substantial new house build, the best procurement experience was definitely with Heka Hoods.
