Nicki is a brilliant hairdresser with great expertise in colour and styling. I always leave the salon feeling fantastic. The salon has a great vibe and all the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Sassy for about 15 years. I always hated my hair as it was quite thick and wavy but once I started going to Jenni and the team at Sassy I have come to accept and actually love my hair.All of the stylists are extremely talented and are true artists with colour.

Walked in one day last week without an appointment and was warmly greeted by Cassidy and other salon staff. Cassidy was able to fit me in and went to work creating the most unbelievable funky style that's easy to manage and replicate. I left the salon feeling on top of the world and the compliments from friends, work colleagues and from people that I don't even know so well has been astonishing. I highly recommend this great salon :)

I walked by, popped in to get a quote and was offered an immediate appointment. The service was great from beginning to finish. Thanks so much to the lovely ladies who did my hair and then sent a follow up note with a $25 off card. I look forward to coming back. Keep doing what you're doing! I can't fault your service whatsoever.

Just my favourite place in the world. Always a glass of sparkling ready and always a great atmosphere. The only hairdressers where the staff seem to like each other.Renee blow dries are the best in Brisbane but everyone is fantastic.Also the place look super fancy but it is really affordable.

Worst hair experience of my life. They put a bleach wash over my natural hair colour (strawberry blonde) and then put a dye that turned my entire hair bright fluro orange. Two coats of brown couldn't fully fix it so they ended up cutting 10cms of length off to hide the worst. Even cut short it left fake blotchy orange stripes where my natural blonde was.They then charged me $300 for the experience and told me there was nothing they could do when I asked them to fix it. Horrible horrible horrible.Note - after posting the review I got a horrid call from the owner. This experience just gets worse.

I had a horrible experience today. I went in for a simple blow dry with some body. At the first attempt my hair was completely flat and looked like it had just been rough dried (with ends sticking up everywhere). I said I expected more body and height and a neater look. So she proceeded to get out the hair straightener and curl my hair. Obviously also in a hurry one side was much curlier than the other. At the end it’s still very messy and I look like I’ve had a home job attempting curls. Worst of all I was visibly upset and the girl just continued to defend herself saying that’s how they blow dry there. I’ve never had trouble with a blow dry at other salons. Also most salons want their customers to be happy, whereas I found the girl defensive and unprofessional.

I haven't been to a salon for so long that I cannot even remember but I ..finally.. walked into the nicest salon in Sandgate, certain they would be the most expensive. I was met by Jenny who was absolutely beautiful and so I booked in for the next day, praying all the way home. I was BEYOND BLESSED by my artist, Nikki, today!!! The salon was classy and comforting, the knowledge and expertise amazing. I am not really well dressed myself, more casual, and it is such a lovely salon, yet I still felt welcome and not even remotely out of place. My hair has not felt so good and the price was the best deal yet! I feel silly I was so anxious because the girls at the salon have all been so amazing, easy going, genuinely friendly and kind. Thankyou Sassy, you definitely have a new customer and there will be recommendations aplenty to friends and family :)

I had a great experience when I visited Sassy for Hair on a Thursday night. Jenny and Amanda did a fabulous job in welcoming me to the Salon. The service was great. The ladies were very attentive and friendly. Jenny has done an amazing job in creating a warm atmosphere in the salon with funky decor and awesome music. Amanda did such a great job with my cut and colour. She made sure I was always feeling comfortable and explained each step she was taking before she did it. I love my new hair and can't wait to visit again to experience a Sassy pampering. Thank you ladies
