I've been talking with Brad who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has been very responsive, called me back to provide updates and was very on time!

My hot water stopped working on Friday night so I called up Antonio and he was able to get to my place within 30 minutes. He was able to fix the issue in my kitchen as well as bathroom for a reasonable price. I thought it had stopped working again the next day and Antonio was very professional and said he could drop by to have a look. He again fixed the problem quite quickly. I would definitely recommend calling him as he was easy to communicate with, professional and really doesn't take advantage of customers who know nothing about plumbing, like me! I will probably have these guys complete my bathroom reno as well as I was happy with the service! Thanks guys!!

Had replaced 3 cistern and replaced 2 basin mixers, Antonio had provided useful advise and provided very competitive quote. Excellent workmanship and polite, he cleaned up the basin and shelved of cabinets after the work have been done. Highly recommended

Had emergency plumbing works that needed to be done. Had another company give a quote for 3.5-4k which seemed excessive for the problem. Antonio (our second opinion) sorted the problem immediately for $700, a very fair price given the alternative quote we were facing. Came straight away and sorted the problem out straightaway. Very happy with his service and planning on using him again!

Antonio arrived the same day and was courteous and polite. He offered to take his shoes off on arrival. I had three tasks for him to do for which he quoted me $300 + gst. It took him about an hour and a half, not including travel to location. He installed a hand held bidet, fixed a leaking tap and dealt with the bathroom sink not draining quickly. He gave me advise on possibly replacing the kitchen taps and also some advice on redoing my bathroom which I was considering. He gave me advice on different positions and was patient as I decided where exactly to attach the bidet to on the wall. He seemed to know what he was doing and explained all the problems to me. I was happy with the service he provided.

Such a friendly guy!!!He is very quick and responsive at the same time. Antonio came to disconnect the kitchen sink and then came back again another day to reconnect with fitting extra pipe.Highly recommended.
