Great spot in Cowes. Had absolutely good time here, me & friends came here to get coffee & something to bite. They run out quite fast tho during the weekend so i really suggest to come early. The sangas were good, decent size & tastes quite flavourful, i had the mushroom one. Definitely must get coffee when you’re there too.

Little sandwich joint, with some pretty damn delicious coffee but you can’t go wrong with Seven Seeds.The sandwiches were pretty solid, we got a tuna and a beef Reuben which were both on the heavy side, not as balanced as some other sandwich joints in Melbourne but it is pretty good for Mornington. We also got a current and carrot cake but the icing was very scarce, cake to icing ratio was a little disappointing and can be improved.

Great huge sandwiches, nicely toasted bread where the crusts aren't too hard. Especially loved the ham+cheese and mushroom sangas!The staff were really nice, and the outside seating was very pleasant when the weather's good. Special thanks for the puppycino as well!

We were drawn in by the smell of coffee and weren’t disappointed. The service was friendly and welcoming. Although there weren’t many places to sit on a cold day, we found a spot to sit outside and enjoyed a cheese toastie, chicken schnita burger and a tuna melt. The food was delicious and very good quality. Very pleased with our choice.

Good coffee with Seven Seeds beans. Nice outdoor space where you can enjoy the sunshine. Designated and cosy indoor area.

Honestly, a bit underwhelmed this place's aesthetic alone had me excited it just looks like a place that does good coffee but sadly didn't live up to it coffee tasted like something you'd get from a local bakery not a Cafe (if you know you know) but what saved it was its Toasties they have these insane loaded toasties I got the Beef which is their take on like a Ruben toasty deffinalty up to it! Really yum lifted my spirits. their staff are also really nice! Would 100% go here once tho like loved their whole logo design like i bought merch with my order cause its so cool.

Great toasties, even made me a vegan one! Massive serving of cold brew that was much appreciated. Great value and flavours all round!
