Yoga Rising - Kew
I've had many lessons from Lucy. Her warm personality shines through and she's helped me with postures I previously had difficulty with and showed me a new (for me) abdominal breathing technique. I love it when I learn something new. I recommend her lessons for all sorts of people...I've seen her teach children and the elderly, the new and the experienced.
