Purchased a silver bracelet early 2020, photos sent of an issue with the bracelet, reply was a thumbs up photos received, no other reply.Today 20/02/20 more photos sent of serious issues with the piece, I await a reply which I'd expect no later by close of trade 21/02/2020, if no reply is received sadly I'll have to take the matter fur tgher.
