My husband and I stayed here while we were away on holidays for the weekend. Our experience was awful.Firstly, the hygiene of the place was putrid. The whole room stank of wet dog and mold and there is a cockroach infestation. There was cockroaches crawling in the cutlery draw and out of the shower drain.The carpet was foul and the couch was so smelly and dirty it wasn't clean enough to sit on. I didnt even trust swimming in the pool...On the last day we were woken up at 7am in the morning after a late night out. We were being accused of our payment not going through, when it was the manger not knowing how to do his accounting properly. He was demanding another payment even though we had proof of the original payment going through. We refused to pay it again and after further investigation we found out that he was in the wrong and was trying to doubly charge us after failing to look at the card number... If he wasn't so tired my husband would've negotiated a refund.Honestly your money is spent better elsewhere, at one of the other motels in the area. The whole interior of the place needs a renovation..We will not be returning.

Under new management and they are absolutely lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodatingLovely clean room and bathroom, nice air-con and super comfortable bed. Definitely highly rate this motel.

The cleanliness of the room was disgusting I had to go and get bug spray late at night because a cocharoach was on my bed then I sprayed the room and about 100 came out of cracks, the fridge and cupboards. Once I was done there were about 50 of them dead all over the floor and carpet. Carpet was stained and dirty, shower had mould and was dirty, overall disgusting experience.

Old motel. Not maintained. Toilets are breaking down. Not a plesent experience. Pool is not cleaned. No Solar heating in the pool..

Despite recent adverse reviews we booked this motel anyway as it was close to where we wanted to be. Yes it is an older motel but I can say I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and management are working hard to make this place better. Granted it is old but they are making changes for the better and I must say they are doing well with what was handed to them. Price is more than reasonable. Nothing fancy but good enough to book here. No one is perfect but these guys are heading the motel in the right direction. Keep your chin up guys and your hard work will pay off sooner than later. If there is some issue you come across, let managers know and I'm sure they will do their best to rectify it. Thankyou for the stay, will be back .

We stayed overnight at the Aspley Motor Inn and were very happy with the cleanliness of our room, the comfort of the beds and proximity to where we needed to go. A blanket for the single bed would have been helpful, as well as the quilts and queen blanket in the cupboard 'cos it was cold! Furniture and fittings were basic but sound, which was what we expected from the price and three-star rating. Shower was hot with excellent pressure; tea, coffee, milk and bikkies were enjoyed; room was quiet in spite of being near the main road; flush buttons on toilet need replacing. The main problem we had was entry and exit to our room through sliding glass door - had a lot of difficulty and spent a lot of time trying to get the key to work! Other than that, would happily stay there again.

Very run down but the managers were friendly. Location was convenient for attending a concert at The Entertainment Centre. Needs a renovation.

The motor inn is good point for the travellers.Good for the groups and families. You can park your car just outside the room. Rooms are available in different segments based on the requirements.the owner is putting all the effort to maintain the inn.You can make the food in the kitchen or you can order by Uber. Otherwise restaurants are available around one kilometre away.

Stayed for two nights, John and his Wife were amazing and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend this motel and will come back if I need to stay in Brisbane again.
