I love the concept of choosing a level of build, kit, preform install yourself or full install. But the process is slow getting to CAD then install. Quality is good.

Paid quite alot to get a new kitchen put in had a few hiccups while installing then one of the cupboards started to drop because only two, hinges were put on instead of 3 no piping put on the rangehood and maybe a month later the stripping came off the bench .After a few phone calls they sent new stripping which once again just sat in my cupboard for probably 3 months after quite a few calls still waiting for it to be fixed a lady did call the other day to ask if anyone had contacted me and I said no so looks like nxt week will be chasing it again

TERRIBLE. Run for the hills before losing your money to Freedom. They are very good at marketing and engagement. Anything after that is appalling. They have taken my money and delivered nothing. Their technical process and understanding of the construction, installation and delivery for a kitchen is amateur to say the least and their communication is even worse. I paid my deposit on 17 Feb. They have since demanded my final payment to progress and I reluctantly paid it. It is now 6 May and they have confirmed half of my kitchen should be delivered in 2 weeks but don't know when my doors and drawers will be delivered! Crazy. Don't risk doing business with Freedom. You will be bitterly disappointed and they couldn’t care less.
