Good service, I get my hair extensions refitted there and I am very happy with the service and the quality of workmanship

My girls absolutely love their mermaid dutch braids with extensions. They got so many compliments whilst walking around today. Service was lovely. We rang 30mins before our appointment and we got told the girls could be done at the same time instead of having to wait around which was huge help with impatient little ones. Thank you!

Great experience for my 7yo daughter today, having her first mermaid corn braids done. Very happy customers.

My sister went to get her hair braided and she has been a couple of times before and the other times she has gone the people were so sweet and respectful but this time the person that did her hair had rude disgusting behaviour towards her. She fat shamed her and made little comments to the other employees about my sisters hair just because she had a little bit of fluff in it. Why was there any reason to make a rude comment about fluff being in her hair like what the hell. And make little other comments about her hair. You have no idea how uncomfortable she felt while it happening and after. No customer should go someone to get their hair done just to be disrespected. I’m sorry but some of your employees need to learn respect and not insult customers. This is the worst experience ever and I don’t think we will ever come back because of how rude she was

My daughter did her mermaid braiding there, which looks like it's a must for all kids in Goldcoast! Very happy with the service and was way more value for money than other places!
