We recently moved our Labrador from Sydney to Atlanta. I had a great experience with Pet Carriers and Gemma especially. Our beloved Laddu" reached Atlanta safely and has been reunited with our family. He is doing great here. Our pet stayed at their facility for 10 days before being transferred across through Doha and Atlanta. Gemma emailed me everyday to let me know how our pet was doing. She sent pictures and videos of him. What they did to us meant a lot to me and my family. I really couldn't ask anything more. Thank you very much. I will recommend their service to everyone. Arun"

Incompetent, untruthful, greedy. This company made promises, gave a cost price and when it came time to do the job they failed & demanded more money leaving dogs in limbo. They did not care & basically held animals for ransom, stating they did not care & when owner was contacted we were told dogs could be put down for all they cared. If you love your animals go somewhere else that care for the animals not their bottom line.

We bought our two cats from Sydney to New Zealand during covid restrictions. The team at Pet Carriers couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful - and they looked after the cats for two weeks while we were in isolation, sending regular photos and updates. The cats arrived happy and well cared for. Definitely recommended

The reason why I am placing a 1 star review for this business is due to the fact that I have not received any call back or email after having sent through three seperate enquires on the logistics and process of having my pet cat transported to Japan.I have provided this business with my email address outlining my questions as well as having requested a call back or follow up email through their online enquiry form (of which states that a member of staff will be in contact within 48 hours of the online enquiry being placed) and have heard nothing back and have had no member of staff attempt to call me to arrange for transport.I sought out this company after having heard raving reviews from a repeat customer but have been left less than impressed at their customer service (lack thereof) and business management.I will not be using this business for my pet transport needs.

I used Pet Carriers International to export my cat from Australia to the UK and I was not happy with their service.They were very unprofessional from the start: lack of basic communication, difficulty in getting in touch with them and, the worst, changing the flight for my cat without giving me enough notice to make other arrangements.In the end my cat arrived safely in the UK, but Pet Carriers International caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. And their fee was not cheaper than other companies.I would not use them again.

Pet Carriers provided terrible service during my pet transport from Sydney to London.Despite me checking all details in advance regarding the date/time to collect my dog, upon calling to confirm she’d arrived in London I was told ‘you’re dog didn’t arrive and someone was supposed to call you.’ After which I received no update. I realised they’d sent wrong flight details and followed up three times before receiving correct arrival details.Upon arriving at Heathrow, my dog then needed to remain in quarantine, which was only required because error in dates and I incurred a £250 additional cost due to her arriving on a date she couldn’t be cleared. Correct arrival dates wouldn’t have required quarantine.I contacted Pet Carriers several times, regarding the service and the reimbursement of the additional costs they were responsible for and received no response, apology or reimbursement for the cost they caused. I paid $3k for the service. Certainly suggest other providers.

Gemma and the team were absolutely exceptional in their service especially during these trying times.I was one of those annoying cat dads who was worrying about everything along the way but Gemma was able to help me out to get my cat to the UK.I would highly recommend her and Pet Carriers.

They were exceptionally careful with all the documents so that Stella's arrival into Australia would go without a clinch. They really helped me and my Stella all along the way. We organized the transport of our dog (Rodesian Ridgeback) from Sydney to Kuwait with Gemma from Petcarriers. I can only recomment her as everything went so smooth. She updated us on everything and our dog arrived safe and sound as planed.Excellent service and very good communication!
