John is brilliant and wonderfull person.He always gives us good and reasonable advises and finally a fantastic achievement on our dream house. We are currently in the process of building our new house. From the very beginning John has made us feel very comfortable. He has always been available to answer any questions or queries that we have. We started not knowing much about house builds but John was able to provide us with the information we needed to feel comfortable with our build. Both John and Cristina have made sure that we felt welcomed. They never sold us the house, they just answered our questions and we knew immediately that this was who we wanted to build with. We are planning on making this our forever home, but if we do have the desire to build again we will definitely work with Brighton Homes and John. I am impressed with the service provided by John at Carver's Reach for Brighton Homes. I wasn't aware of the council guidelines so, building a house within the council guidelines and my budget was a challenge for me.He was always willing to go beyond the line and provide extra help whenever I wanted. John has been an absolute legend! He’s hilarious, honest and very informative. My partner’s and my first time moving out and we decided to build and knew straight away we were going with Brighton when we spoke to John. He has great ideas (things we’d never think of in a million years), made sure we knew every thing that was going on and that nothing was a surprise. Cristina is also really lovely from the brief encounters we’ve had with her. We’d do this process over again if it meant we got John and Christina to help us out. We had a great experience with John at Carver's Reach for Brighton Homes. Never pressured us or acted like a typical salesman. Always happy to help with changes or modifications. Loves his work, especially when on the tools which are a ruler, a fine pencil and the floor plans. Very knowledgeable about the industry. Loves a good chat. At the Brighton Homes info night, he introduced us to the CEO. With Carver's Reach, I'm sure there are other customers who were impacted by the halt in construction in December to which many potential buyers lost their land contracts. John was quick to keep us on as Brighton clients and found us a new lot right away. His network within the industry definitely helped us there to stay in the game. Top notch work!!!

In late 2021, we began our journey of building a home. As soon as we opened the door to the Elwood Display home at Carvers Reach, we were greeted by John. John you made the best first impression and from that moment we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else. The price, inclusions and expectations were clearly presented to us. John you listened to us and helped us make our vision come to life. Not 1 but 2 ensuites and a 5th bedroom downstairs, you ideas are amazing !!!
