A very tiny dark and dingy place. The woman was unfriendly and unhelpful. Was a waste of my time. Still have two dolls needing repair.

I cannot give a review as I cannot contact these people. Despite telephoning, writing and leaving messages under the door, in the past 18 months in have visited the shop at least 60 times to see if they are EVER open. I have 2 very large, ver old ceramic dolls with sleep eyes which still work. They need new lashes and new hair. Such a pity to have to now send them to Victoria. So very disappointing.

What fabulous service and such friendly assistant. Workmanship was amazing and couldn’t see where the repairs were done on grandson’s penguin and my Steiff bear. We are so pleased. Thank you for your care.

I took two well loved dolls to this amazing Lady, collected them today and I couldn't have been happier.If you have a doll/s that need repairing take them here, this lady is a genius, she knows her business and it shows that she loves what she does. Well done xx
