Horrible experience, definitely not as good as the city branch.Firstly, after being seated we waited a good 10 mins to order and all the waiters were gathered together not doing much to the point i had to ask to order. We ordered a pasta and a whole snapper and we were assured it would be grilled after confirming multiple times due to a specific diet.We waited a good half hour and when i enquired how much longer they came out with the food the snapper came out boiled, looked old and it stunk so bad and the pasta was not what i expected.For the prices they were charging we weren't happy with this we called a different waiter who said they don't make grilled fish and we told them the other waiter confirmed this with us and we could order something else but we were too hungry and angry to put up with this so we just left without paying.

The menu is very limited and not one Italian working in the restaurant that I could speak to. The food was very overpriced for such simple food. Very disappointed

The food at fratelli fresh was a easy and definite 10/10 with the Awesome food, staff, service and atmosphere. The pasta was a one of a kind and the flavours were dripping out it was like eating Italy. The pizza was so soft with sauce that taste like heaven and super delicious tasty cheese I would 100 percent recommend the restaurant to anyone who want the best food of their lifetime.

Arancini is delicious. Good food and nice ambience. Can't really taste the chili in the pasta though.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, food was tasty (the serving size of the tiramisu was much larger than expected) and the presentation was warm and welcoming. Also want to give a mention to our two wait staff who provided many compliments to my partner and a few expert meal suggestions.

Had lunch here and the service was honestly and surprisingly very good and attentive. All the waitresses here were on the move and out to get work done, and I could definitely appreciate the sight of that. We had a pizza and some chips to share, and as expected it was quite delectable. This is also a very spacious franchise with a lot of outdoor/balcony seating and you can really feel the fresh air. Somehow, one pizza and some fries filled us right up, which is rare to be honest. Awesome place! And 100% much better than the last one I went to

Fratelli Fresh is an awesome place. A really nice setup of the restaurant. Great staff team all around with their friendly customer service. Delicious Italian food as well, some we couldn’t finish with it all so tasty and filling, so we took it home. We’ll definitely be back.

After a long 'self empossed' ban due to poor service and less than good food we reluctantly returned on the request of one of our children. We were so pleased that things have obviously turned around. Wonderful customer service and great food. I hope this continues.

Fratelli is a great restaurant, the GM was very attentive and fixed my wine when she saw I was speaking to my friend about it not being filled up properly (which pleased me very much as I’m not the type to complain to a waiter). Food was good quality, hot and on time. It was very busy on a Saturday night so be sure to book. Other than that, no complaints! Give it a go the next time you’re feeling like Italian!

It was nice. Most of the food lacked salt except for the Brussels sprouts that were really salty. Tables are also very small
