Mahamakut Buddhist Foundation

Not many people know about this place who live close to this beautiful and peaceful place. People are friendly and welcoming. If you live nearby and want to visit a Buddhist monastery, you can visit them. But make sure the opening hours.

Simple but excellent Buddhist temple based on Thailand architecture with Pagoda and ashoka sthamb...Place is promoted by counlate general of Thailand...Nice place to pray or have a picnic with friends and families. Few photos shared for reference. Lots of open space just be careful about the entry when you search from google maps although i have updated it for others.

Beautiful and peaceful place :)

Mahamakut Buddhist is a Thai temple. This temple is so peaceful and calm place. There are many Buddha arts. Very beautiful place. I like this places. I feel relax and very calm in my soul.

Personally, I was struck by the well-kept Park in this monastery. Actually, the entire monastery is a Park. The trees are mostly trimmed to look like Lotus flowers or cones, but they are surprisingly neat and uniform. Other under the houses, which are inside, just like a real house – space. All together, it reminded me of the Baha'i gardens in Haifa, only thinner.

Lovely and peaceful place.

It was Songkran celebrations, as always every year a lot of people, went with friends we got there 11pm parking was already full at the parking area across from the temple, eventually found parking, best to get there early next time. The elderly monk from the temple gave everyone a blessing and sprayed some water on our heads, lots of yummy interesting international food. Had chicken curry and parathas from the burmese food stand for lunch it was so nice for $8 went back and got 2 servings takeaway, the fish laksa (moh hin ga) also tried the famous thai paw paw salad, I asked for mild it was already chilli hot enough, next time I'll have to ask them to remove the fresh chillies.

Love this beautiful place so nice and friendly all the people you are always feel welcome here
