Am not sure if she was the manager or the owner, please take some classes on customer service. You are not doing a favour to the community. It's the community that supports your business. People from all backgrounds. Also if a customer turns up at ur shop at 0900, pls make sure the doors are open as it says opens at 0900 and even if u have some personal or business problems please keep to urself as everybody has something important to do than just walking to ur shop early morning.

Wouldn’t have shopped there if I wasn’t in a hurry to get out of Westfields. The manager was rude and out and lied about taking our details for marketing purposes. The stock is no better quality than what you would find at a weekend market.

I came in and brought shoes for my children starting back at school on Monday. Nathan was very helpful.More training for some of the staff I think is needed. A few of them saw customers and walked the other way. And one young girl was staring around the store when I was talking to her?Good to see young ones back at work. I think there would be lots of young ones that would love to work here.

I went into the store and talked to the manager Jay, about finding some good quality tracksuit pants - she showed me a few pairs but there was limited stock. Another worker ordered another two pairs for me and had them in within a few days. Great customer service.

Was advised to attend Penrith Insport as another location couldn't help (they just didn't seem bothered to help really). Attended Penrith and the staff today (8/3) were amazing. Manager Jaye and her staff went above and beyond to help. I will only be visiting Penrith when I need insport now.
