MrFONE REPAIRS

Took my daughters iPad to be repaired as it wasn’t charging. Dropped it off on a Monday and was told to pay an $80 deposit and was told the remainder would need to be paid in cash…..I should’ve walked then. I left the iPad and was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday of the same week.2 weeks later the iPad was ready and I was told the LCD screen also needed to be replaced, I still felt ripped off but paid the amount I was asked. iPad was picked up on a Friday and completely stopped working by the following Wednesday. The screen went black whilst there was 77% battery and will not turn on.I will be asking for my money back as the iPad had clearly not been repaired, only issue prior to taking it in was that it wasn’t charging consistently but no other problems. Now I have a dead iPad.Take your devices elsewhere. I will be seeking a full refund and taking the device to apple who diagnose the issue first and then quote a price, not the other way around. I will also take this matter further with Fair Trading if necessary.

Very bad service. I paid for phone case and memory card tray to be ordered at the beginning of December and went there today and asked for a refund as it's still not in or ordered and they won't refund my money back to me. This is not how you run a business.
