Babita did an excellent job with my full face threading. I would highly recommend this place for threading.

This is a late post , I came here for threading on Tue 18th of October around 12 pm for eye brow threading and the girl did a terrible job. Till now I didn’t do another threading because it’s beyond repair. I thought if I wait for a few weeks it ll grow and won’t be that bad but NO she did a huge damage. I usually gets appreciation for my eyebrows as it is naturally thick and has good shape but now I don’t know how ll I repair this. I just had to thread the new growth for a clean look.. Also she was extremely unprofessional, when I came there at 12 pm she asked me to return at 12.20 which I did and she already took in other customers. When she saw me she again asked me to come back and I said that’s what you said me 20 minutes ago, come on don’t you value our time?she finally agreed to do it and did a terrible job.. I am a regular here and most of the times my threading was good and the girls will do a trimming also. This girl didn’t do it so I asked if she can do it and she did it but that was terrible too. She then rushed me out pretending she has more customers but after coming home I realized she did that purposely because she didn’t want me to check my eyebrows in the mirror in detail so that I will find the damage she did. I spent 15 dollars for this? Why are you employing people who don’t know how to do the job and charging like any other professional eyebrow threading shops for this cheap work? Very disappointed. I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

My go to for threading and tinting. The staff are professional, kind and efficient but most important they do a great job. Their prices are very competitive. The stand alone space is located on the lower level between Cole's and Woolworths and is wheelchair and pram accessible.

Shanti and Kabala were lovely. The best eyebrow threading I’ve had.Would definitely recommend (:

Normally my experience is good but today I went around 3.15 the lady was so terrible she ruined my brows she did such a terrible job ,she even did not knew how to trim brow ,stop hiring such a terrible unskilled worker specially when you charge so much money for doing brow. I don’t think I will visit it again and not sure how long it will take to fix my brow again
