BWS Granville

Great service and very friendly staff.

Googled the location took me to my nearest BWS it said closes at 10pm arived 9.35 and it was already shut. People inside but no one would open. For such a busy woolies next to it, you would think they would be open the times that it is displayed.

It's very convenient to buy online and delivery is great

Staff here i very helpfulthey always find you the best products and explain all the specials as well

Ordered for CONTACTLESS pick-up as SPECIFIED by the BWS Website.Turns out the store is NOT set up for this system but they don’t tell you that- have to go IN-STORE..Not ideal for the highly vulnerable community trying to stay COVID free.The person believe to be “Manager” seemed like an arrogant, know it all who didn’t want to go out of his way to assist me.He wanted to argue about the fact that “if you want contactless delivery; order online”.I said the BWS specifies they do contactless and his excuse was the store wasn’t set up for it. Because I asked him to bring it to the car.Serious attitude problem and should possibly consider a different job. He’s doing BWS an enormous disservice by working there. Maybe meant for a NON-customer faced role.The assistant who sounded younger and less experienced also said she was not sure about contact less delivery. Customers had to go in store.So... BWS, fix THAT store set up, the web site OR improve your staff!!

It is closed already. 8:30pm why not at 9:00pm i drive 15 minutes

Decent store where I can get Woolies shopping and bws at same time. Ok range of standard products but helpful polite staff

Great Beer options! I even found Cobra and Kingfisher! For those who don't know the above brands, Cobra is a refreshing lager from England and Kingfisher STILL dominates indian beer market share as it is the most popular lager in India.Very good staff! I would like to appreciate the customer service skills of Gaurav who is very knowledgable and funny too!Good place!

Love this store and choices of beer available , We do removals in Granville area . and all the boys like to go there and grab a few cold ones before heading home.
