. This is a preferred car repair for AAMI and I am really impressed with both of the companies. The claim was straight forward via the app and a call back. I got an Uber booked to go home after I dropped off the vehicle. I had the option of collecting the car when its done or delivered to me at home/office for no additional cost.The smart capital office staff were friendly and helpful who explained the process. The office was clean and comfortable and coffee facilities as I waited.I hope I don’t have to come back but thank you ammi and capital smart for making it so convenient.

They seemed very organised I did not wait long for my car to be inspected and they organised a taxi to drop me home promptly afterwards.

Overpromise underachieve.Still waiting on parts almost 7 months later -.- absolute joke.Customer service ok half of the staff are amazing.

Excellent job repairing my car recently. My insurance sent me here as their selected repairer, and I was really thrilled with the whole experience.Customer service was fantastic from the reception staff to the assessors. No fuss and they were direct and transparent through the whole process. Got my car back before a week and the work itself is also fantastic. Thanks

Do NOT take your car here!!!!Better off going else whereTook 5 months to get my car repaired for just a bumper, I understand parts can be on back order, paint job was horrendous had dirt in the paint!!Took my car in for assessment 10 days later told to pick it up, low and behold picked it up with more damage then when I dropped it off!Obviously I complained, to get it fixed when the car goes back in for repairs, due date came and I went to pick it up, bad work, bad bad bad, went in and got the manager, he looked at it and promised to get it all fixed up, so we left and roughly 3-4 days later we went back and it was done better not 100% better but better then it was, I picked the car up.Ill be leaving Suncorp so I don't need to deal with this again.If you care about your vehicle, go elsewhere, save yourself.

Worst experience ever. Brand new Car been in twice and still not fixed. Never ever go back. Worst smash repairer. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

On Monday 11 October my black Lexus sedan was received for repairs to the back bumper. I would like to thank everyone at Capital Smart Repairs at Darra. Everyone was courteous and professional, friendly and made me feel at ease and I left my car there knowing that it was in good, safe hands.I would particularly like to say a very huge thank you to Lee, who met me when I first arrived . Lee was incredibly helpful, kind and happy to answer all of my questions. Lee was professional and listened to my requests.Upon my return to collect my motor vehicle I was again met by Lee who went above and beyond in arranging to fix my car in a timely manner.Thank you Lee and to everyone involved in ensuring that I had a pleasant experience and received my car back looking like new.I would not hesitate in recommending S.M.A.R.T

i initially dropped my car at Capital SMART Banyo and was advised my car had to be taken to Darra for specific repair and it would be towed back to Banyo. As this was a preferred repair through my insurance i was happy for this to happen. A week went by and I was advised it was ready for pick up and called asking if they were towing it to Banyo as this was promised, they said they “had a policy change” and i asked if they could hold it for a few extra days as i work out of town but the lady on the phone said this was not feasible. i was able to organise for my sister to pick it up and the lady sent an uber for the 1hr drive. upon arrival to Darra Capital Smart they could not find my key and my sister waited 30 minutes and the key was still not able to be found. So after being told they couldn’t tow, or hold my car they lost my key! so i have to wait even longer to get a new key cut and another 1hr uber for my sister to go back without the car. thank you for the inconvenience a complaint has been made through my insurance.
