Absolutely hopeless, multiple phone calls and now its been 4 weeks to get a small package picked up and now I'm sending on Australia post. This account holder will no longer use you.

Says it's been delivered but nothing arrived. Checked the map they provide and it's been dropped at a completely different street. Tried getting in contact to sort this out to no avail. Completely appalling service.

Been waiting 3 years for this company to pay an invoice for work we completed. If that's how they treat an invoice how do they treat stock.

These guys have never delivered a parcel to me, the first few times I thought it was because I was at work and so I had to sign for them. But since then I have been at home several times waiting for packages and have received a text telling me that delivery was attempted but no-one was home. So either these guys have been trying to deliver to the wrong house or they don't bother to even try.
