Q5 had a front end repair of sloppy suspension and steering. Now feels like a new car. Guys were competent and professional. Minor warranty issue (that couldn’t be foreseen) was attended to promptly without fuss or complaint.

I called a week ago to get a tow bar fitted to my Kia car, I spoke to Dom and he got me to bring my car in and he went through it to make sure that I got the right tow bar and what a professional outfit they are. I've got to compliment all his stuff and the great service that he did to my car. I would recommend them.

Had my ute all day for a wheel alignment and safety check.Got my car back and wheel alignment was worse then before and steering wheel off centre.Had no choice but to go to Bob jane the next day to have wheel alignment corrected. It was Saturday and pedders were not open. Wheel alignment was 2.4mm out. Paid $79 to correct their mistake. I am now out of pocket $169.I was also told that I would receive a safety report via email. This never happened. This is the last time I will be going back to Pedders.
