The young boy was really nice and kind to me, he welcomed me with a big smile. He was also really fast with making my order, no time wasted! Could not ask for better service!!

Would be good if the icecream was actually filled up properly. I paid $20 for a take home container that was literally missing 1/4... Ripped off.

Didn't know it was store policy to remove a hair that was embedded in a scoop of ice cream and then serve it to a customer...... talk about gross.The girl working seemed to be alone and was quite young/awkward so I paid but ended up having to share my icecream with my partner and threw the contaminated one in the bin.

When I was in store last i asked the girls if the orders that were being collected in front of us were placed via the app, I was told yes. Following weekend I placed an order via the app, was charged for this order, and message read, “collect in 15minutes” drove all the way there, and had to wait in a Queue only to be told that the store didn’t accept online orders and our money would be credited in 1-3 days. We left very dissatisfied and disappointed, the children were extremely upset. Instead we had to go and get sundaes at McDonald’s as we didn’t have another $40 to pay for the same order twice.Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

When I went to here don’t have staff in the store. so I waited 10 minutes and call the store and ask itwas open?staff came out quickly didn’t say sorry, and when I was almost done eating, I found hair in the waffle cone

We went to the Morayfield QLD store on Sunday 11/4/21 and received terrible service from the moment we stepped inside. The girl who was serving seemed to care less about her job, there was not enough correct sized containers for our order meaning we upsize and then she did not fill ANY of our take home containers anywhere near full. We then told there was no bags apart from Uber ones available so we had to pick up the 4 take home packs with ice cream spilt down each one and smile politely and leave !! $70 dollars for poor attitude, poor service, less than minimum product really not worth it. We will never return or recommended this store to anyone, this was disgusting !!

i got an ice cream from here tonight and was served by erin, she was absolutely lovely, i’ve never experienced such high levels of customer service before and she definitely deserves recognition!
